Often taking to social media to share his workouts and cheat meals, his words are inspirational to both – those starting their fitness trail as well as those who have been there for a long time but lack motivation. In his post, The Rock shared the philosophy that keeps him in the gym, writing, “Art of Disruption. Late night training back in the #ironparadise where the midnight sun is still burning 😊💪🏾”.

He added that the time spent in the gym was his free time: “Out of my 24 hours a day, I always try to allocate 2 hours for my training. (physical + mental) Those two hours are for me. Only me. I can disengage and disconnect from the world. Ground and re-center. Then break through the barriers of pain, disrupt and do an amazing workout.

However, Johnson also adds that exercise doesn’t have to be the “anchor point” for everyone: “Your anchor point doesn’t have to be as intense as the gym. But the philosophy here is to find your anchor and protect it.

The former professional wrestler advised allocating an hour or two of the day to “disengage from the world and refocus”. The daily discipline and consistency here is what creates the mindset that will impact all areas of your life. He concluded by writing: “Find and protect your anchor. So disrupt. So crush your cheat meals 🥰”.
